Returns
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@wolfscrown.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@wolfscrown.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
